DELIVERY POLICY:
As products are handmade with precision, dispatch time is within 2 - 4 business days of your order being placed. Delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, not time when order was placed. Your package will be delivered to your door by The Courier Guy. The estimated delivery time is 3 - 4 business days. In total, please allow 5 - 8 business days for your order to arrive. Orders are processed within working hours 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. In the event that there is a delay in delivery, you will notified by e-mail. If your order is not received within 10 days, please e-mail MaSheen at masheen.store@gmail.com and I will follow up regarding delivery progress, For orders placed after 12:00, the following day will be considered the first working day. Package tracking information will be included in your dispatch e-mail. The Courier Guy requires a OTP (one time pin) upon delivery, which serves as your signature.
