RETURN POLICY:
Kindly notify MaSheen at masheen.store@gmail.com of any error or defect within 7 days of receiving your product. The product is to be shipped back to MaSheen in the condition in which it was received and not used or damaged. The client is liable for the cost of shipping the product back to MaSheen. The returned product will be inspected and you will be notified if a refund or replacement is rewarded. If a refund or reward is granted by MaSheen after product inspection, you can select which you prefer (either refund or replacement). If you prefer a refund, the price paid for the defective product will be refunded. If you prefer a replacement, the cost of sending the replacement will be carried by MaSheen.
Note: Refunds will not be granted due to failed or late deliveries.
